A small crop from these unirrigated vines grown on a North- East facing hill, giving intense fruit flavours.
A classic cool-climate Merlot with red/blackcurrant bouquet. On airing, the tight structure slowly reveals more raspberry and plum on the palate with those wonderful preserving fruit tannins that balance the wine. A lift from the new French oak, 25%, completes the pleasure of another mouthful. Unfiltered , following our minimal intervention philosophy. Drink now or Cellar for 10years plus.
