A light dry-land crop of the Gin Gin (or Mendosa Clone). Minimal intervention along with traditional maturation in 70% new Burgundian oak. On the palate oatmeal with gun-flint and underlying lemon-butter combine and produce something complex and enticing. A wine that will reward for years to come. We recommend a gentle decanting, crystals may form as the wine ages.
