traditional Champagne blend, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, that is unmistakable in flavour. Wonderful salmon colour with trade mark toasty bouquet, mild acidity that sits well on the palate with strawberry flavours in abundance.
Preservative free with yeast lease remaining in the bottle. Store upright to avoid cloudiness in the wine. Serve well chilled. Note! further complexity will develope with age.
