Rich aged characters of Demerara and raisin is just the beggining of the journey with this gem of a fortified.  Over thirty years of being left almost undisturbed, but not forgotten, has concentrated the fruit to perfection.  Using the highest quality brandy spirit over this period to fortify the vintages has allowed the wine to evolve into a Reserve style, that is now ready to enjoy.
