Blanc De Noir 2022

This Wine has all the fruit you expect from Pinot Noir, with that additional  barrel matured richness from old Chardonnay barrels.  Exceptional ripe strawberry fruit combines wth a slight hint of tannin and that wonderful French oak vanilla bean character to top it off.  Find yourself a nice sunny corner, a good book and relax.   This is a natural wine made with minimal filtration to retain fruit flavour.  a small deposit may be expected.   Andrew Mountford  23rd April 2021.     NASAA Certified Organic
